With more than 30 years of experience in the automotive cooling industry, Kees Weel is co-founder of PWR, and continues to lead the PWR family of companies. In 1982 Kees manufactured his first copper and brass radiator out of his auto wrecker business based in Warrnambool Australia, starting his journey in cooling technology. After serving as team principal of the PWR Racing V8 SuperCar organization from 1998 to 2007, Kees became a board member for Tega V8 SuperCars. Since then Kees, and son Paul, have focused on developing cooling solutions for top-tier race series’ around the world, expanding cooling technology and manufacturing techniques to new levels. Kees continues to actively lead business development, support relationships and cultivate new partnerships in local and overseas markets.
